She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Earl and Mary Launcie Tracy Phillips; her husband Robert "Bob" Lewellyn; her daughters, Judith Lynn Lewellyn and Sandra Lewellyn South; and her siblings, Joseph Phillips, Jim Phillips, Allen Phillips, Roxie Pegg, Marie Butler and Mary Lou Waugh.
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela D. Nash (Tim) of Jackson; her grandchildren, Shawn (Misti) of Jackson, Nathan (Mary) of Jackson, Brandon South of Jackson and Abby South of Camden, TN; her great grandchildren, Colton, Hallie Nash of Jackson, TN, Tacker, Tristan, Max and Nora Grace Nash of Jackson, TN; and her nieces, Debbie Pugh and Michelle Huzl.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Henderson (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Henderson City Cemetery (164 N Church Ave, Henderson, TN 38340).
