He is survived by: his wife Donna Spratlin; his children, Christopher Spratlin (Christian) of Bartlett, TN, Jessica Thompson (Brandon) of Jackson, TN, Vikki McDaniel (Joe Gullett) of Jackson, TN and Lance Mosher (Kristen) of Meraux, Louisiana; and his grandchildren, Thomas Martin, Savannah Spratlin, Abby Spratlin of Bartlett, TN, Christian Thompson, Gracie Thompson of Jackson, TN, Silas Mosher and Asher Mosher of Meraux, Louisiana..
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
