She is survived by: her son Richard Adkins (Sharon) of Finger; her grandchildren, Crystal Adkins (Jesse), Nicholas Adkins, Cody Duncan (Lindsey) and Nick D'Acquisto; her great grandchildren, Samuel Webb, Scarlett Webb, Chyenne Webb, Andrew Webb, Kylan Murphy, Matthew Adkins, Atlanta Adkins and Brayden Adkins; her great great grandchildren, Taven Duncan and Leonidas Webb; and her sisters, Shannon Nowlin (Dave) and Donna Lynch.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital.
