She was predeceased by: her parents, Guilford Penn and Nellie McMinn Sloan; her children, Bryant Oliver and Paulette Sells; and her siblings, Eunice Smith, Mildred Rushing, Mamie Taylor and Carl Sloan.
She is survived by: her husband Larry Wilford McNeil of Finger; and her children, Tony McNeil (Connie) of Finger, Pamela Carle (Paul) of Deanburg and Paula Dean Ivy (Bobby) of Deanburg. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
