He is survived by: his wife Ann Payne Lutz of Henderson; his children, Lisa Eldridge of Henderson and Guy Allan Lutz (Heather) of Maysville, KY; his grandchildren, Emma Eldridge of Daniele Eldridge, Ala, Renee Lutz, Skylar Hill, Rayden Hill and A. J. Lutz; and his brother Ronnie Lutz of Weyburn, Canada..
