He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Thomas and Lucressia Moore Thomas; his sister Patricia Burkhead; and his sister-in-law Karen Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Thomas of Henderson, Beth Thomas Cox of Mountain City, TN and Tiffany Thomas Elder (Calvin) of Henderson; his brother Danny Thomas of Henderson; his brother-in-law L. W. "Dub" Burkhead of Henderson; his grandchildren, Nicholas Stewart (Ashley), Westley Stewart (Mikayla), Noah Cox, Taylor Cox and Olivia Osborne (Stephen); and his great grandchildren, Braylen Stewart, Blayne Stewart, Tanner Stewart, Drake Stewart, Kalleigh Stewart and John Westley Stewart.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Henderson (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 3:30 PM at the Cave Springs Cemetery (1800 Cave Springs Rd, Henderson, TN 38340).
