We bid farewell to Larry Rouse (Henderson, Tennessee), born in Finger, Tennessee, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 17, 2025 at the age of 82. Larry touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Rouse, Leerlene Sanders, Imogene Rouse, Reva Gladys Rouse and Clara Neal Julian.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Pruett (Jason) of Finger; his grandchildren, Wayne Lambert (Savannah), Rebekah Sawyer, Andra Pruett and Seth Pruett; his great grandchildren, Ellanor Lambert, Karson Jones and Navy Mae Young; and his niece Diane Henson of Durham, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors – East Main (619 E Main St, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Old Estes Cemetery (344 Montezuma Rd, Finger, TN 38334).
