He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosemary Siler Turner and William "Bill" Turner; and his grandmother Rose McDaniel Siler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Knight Turner; his children, Ricky Turner and Sherry Evans (Zach); and his granddaughter Kayleigh Turner. He is also survived by several cousins and his best friend.
