He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca Jane Vaughan; his wife Becky Hanson of Henderson; his sons, Melvin Hanson (Anna) of Syracuse, NY, James Hanson (Lisa) and Brian Hanson of Henderson, TN.; his grandchildren, James Reinmann, Rachel Hanson, Joseph Hanson, Heather Hanson, Melanie Nelson and Andrew Hanson; his great grandchildren, Colby, Matte and Aviana; and his sisters, Gertrude Krogstead, Emily Digmann and Donna Lyman.
