He is survived by: his wife Kay Stobaugh; his daughter Daphne Dickinson (Erik); his grandsons, Cole and Spencer Dickinson; his brother Sam DeLay (Sarah); his niece Katie; his nephew Joseph; his great-niece Cecile Wimberly (Matt); and his sister Faye DeLay Sliger.
