He is survived by: his wife Wanda Louise Beacham Cook of Henderson; his children, Lynn Cook (Liz) of Henderson, Gary Lee Cook of Henderson, Allen Cook (Susan) of Somerville, Sandra Wells (Ray) of Jackson and Rebecca Monks (Charles) of Jackson; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Cook, Jessica Fuqua (Wayne), Erin Fontana (Rick), Danielle Atkin (Cody), Heather Willis (Alan), Mason Wells, Patience Cook and Henry Monks. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
