He was predeceased by: his father William James Kitchen. He is survived by: his mother Norma Sue Haney Kitchen of Henderson; and his siblings, Jim Kitchen of Counce, TN, Susan Wilson (Steve) of Henderson and Sherry Bushart of Henderson. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews.
