She was predeceased by: her husband Homer Mayfield; her sons, Harold R. Mayfield and Rayford Mayfield; her daughter-in-law Kay Mayfield; and her brother Milton Dees.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Brandi Whitman and Jenna Cupples (Ben); her great grandchildren, Madalynn, Jack, Lillie Claire Whitman, Kase and Cheston Cupples; and her daughter-in-law Virginia Mayfield.
