He is survived by: his wife Shelby Jean Manning of Decaturville, TN; his children, Mark Manning of Memphis, TN and Lesa Holt (Mike) of Memphis, TN; his sisters, Teresa Daniels of Rossville, GA and Brenda Wright of Fort Olgethorp, GA; and his grandchildren, Michael Holt, Matthew Holt and Blake Manning. He is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
