She was predeceased by: her parents, Velmer Festus and Leila Viola Lotspeich Jones; and her husband Bill Wilkes. She is survived by: her children, Gary Preston Wilkes (Lynne) of Clinton, Maine, Neal Francis Wilkes (Karen) of Salem, Oregon, Lynn Cornett (Mirage) and Julie Larios (Javier) of Finger, TN. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
