He was predeceased by: his parents, Ambrose Lafayette and Ruby Margaret Smith Gaddy; and his brothers, Quay Gaddy and Billy Neal Gaddy. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Marie Morrison Gaddy of Henderson; his children, Jeff Gaddy (Ann) of Henderson and Stephanie Doster (John) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Molly Chenoweth-Gaddy (Nick), Peyton Doster and Drew Doster; and his sisters, Alvaretta Fortuna of Forney, TX and Mary Lou Smith of Jackson, MS..
