He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Deverl and Evelyn Etoile Martin Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Heather of Henderson; his brothers, Jerrell Simmons of Hot Springs, AR, Bruce Simmons (Sally) of Marked Tree, AR and Dennis Simmons (Mary Ann) of Colbert, GA; his parents-in-law, Stuart and Candice MacDiarmid of Henderson; his siblings-in-law, Heidi Dawson (Eric), Sarah Ellis (Nick), Molly Sloat (Justin) and Stuart MacDiarmid (Stacey); and his nieces and nephews, Dawn Ellis, Lana Simmons, Addison Ellis, Madelein MacDiarmid, Ben Simmons, Tyler Simmons, Harrison Ellis and Trent MacDiarmid.
