Carter; his wife Christy Jane Buckler Carter of Beech Bluff; his sons, Jacob Carter of Savannah, Malachi Carter, Elijah Carter and Titus Carter; his mother Michelle Lynne Galloway Carter of Jacks Creek; his sister Teppie Ivy (John) of Medon, TN; his niece Scarlett Ivy; his nephews, Carter Ivy, Stephan Ivy and Kayden Ivy; and his uncle Chris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Shackelford Funeral Directors - Henderson (304 Crook Ave, Henderson, TN 38340).
