She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Ligon and Anna Mozella Newman Ligon; her grandson Miles Cupples; and her sisters, Betty Sheffield and Ann Dodd.
She is survived by: her great grandchild Toto; her children, Sandy Fesmire (Dennis) of Lexington, Joanie Lowery (Richard) of Henderson, Joby Ralls (Ken) of Henderson and Toby Cupples (Charlotte) of Henderson; and her siblings, Virginia Cox of Henderson and Robert Ed Ligon of Columbus, GA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
