He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Bennett and Virginia Bennett; and his sister-in-law Beth Bennett. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Craig (Cyndi), Darren (Katherine), Jon Bennett (Lisa) and Aimee Jones (Luke); his siblings, Fuller (Nancy), Bobby and Marilyn Jones (Dwight); and his brother-in-law Clois Snyder. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Estes Church of Christ (3505 US-45, Henderson, TN 38340). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Bethel Church of Christ - Bennett Cemetery (3939 KY-464, Mayfield, KY 42066).
