She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland Carr and Ola Gertrude Carr; her husband Leonard Allen Lutz; and her siblings, Charlie, Melvin Payne and Helen McMahan.
She is survived by: her children, Allan Lutz of Erlanger, KY and Lisa Eldridge Kress of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Emma Eldridge, Danielle Eldridge, Alacia Lutz and Renee Lutz.
