He is survived by: his wife Jo Ellen McNeil Garner of Finger; his children, Brad Garner (Connie) of Finger, Gail Seratt (Anthony) of Finger and Kay Travis (Larry) of Finger; his grandchildren, Stacy Seratt, Eric Seratt (Daniel), Nicole Williams, Tyler Garner, Zachary Garner (Brook), Easton Garner and Kip Garner; and his great grandchildren, Lillie Joyner, Travis Williams, Adyson Garner and Cooper Garner.
