She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Phillips and Zena Reed Phillips; her sons, Michael Blevins and Paul Edward Bynum; and her son-in-law Douglas Nance.
She is survived by: her grandson David Lee; her daughters, Teresa Nance of Prattville and Leslie Sexton (Jerry) of Helenwood, Tennessee; her sister Eunice Neal; her grandchildren, Shane Nance (Robbie), Stacy Brown, Kayla Bowden (Brian), Ryan Nance, Lindsey Papantoniou (Geno), David Lee Gibson (Maddie Bearse), Jessica Blevins, Rachael Blevins and Michael Blevins; and her friend Meredia Jones Simpson. She is also survived by caregivers from Amedisys; many nieces, nephews and other family members and friends.
