He is survived by: his mother Deborah Ann Stevens; his cousin Douglas Richardson; his wife Amanda; his children, Hudson and Abigail; his stepfather Robert Gibson; his sister Jacqueline Stevens; his niece Aunastacia Anderson; his great-nephew Bentlee Anderson; his aunts and uncles, Dilbert, Angie Terry, Dwayne, Cassie Terry, Joe and Nancy Miksis; his mother-in-law Pam Bradley; his brother-in-law Brian Bradley (Erika); and his father-in-law Gerald Bradley.
