He was predeceased by: his brother Tayce Smith; his uncle Tony Monday; his aunt Wanda Fetterman; and his grandparents, Nez Duncan, Ronnie Duncan, Jonnie Corder and Gary Monday.
He is survived by: his significant other Madisen Duncan; his children, Kota, Karter and Kane; his parents, Steve Duncan and Tabi Smith; his siblings, Tyi Smith, Dalton Duncan (Heather Duncan) and Rory Smith; his parents-in-law, Denice Buckner and Ray Buckner; his siblings-in-law, Rheagan Vance, Robin Buckner and Caiden Buckner; his aunts and uncles, Thad Chambers, Zach Monday (Brenda Monday), Linda, Allen Goad, Betty, Chuck McCleary, Violet and Jerry Burchfield; his nephew Trypp Duncan; and his friends, Caleb Laxton, Cole Lowe, Kelsey, Slaven, Jordan Chitwood, Torrey Slaven and Fuzz Carson. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family for Kody's medical expenses.
