He is survived by: his children, Eddie Phillips (Susan), Caroline Reagan (Mack), Mike Phillips (Sherry), Marilyn Lowe and Zendle Phillips; and his sister Edith. He is also survived by many grandkids, great grandkids, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
