He was predeceased by: his wife Dessie Phillips; his sons, Roscoe Phillps Jr. and Troy Phillips; and his parents, Odell Phillips and Ellaree Phillips.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandy; his son-in-law Randy Usrey; his sons, Ronnie and Jonathon Phillips; and his grandchildren, Daniel, Nicholas Usrey, Ashley Bosarge, Amanda Witt, Heather Byrd, Josh Phillips, Christopher Swanson, Kyleigh and Craig Ray. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
