It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reba E. Phillips Bowling (Helenwood, Tennessee), who passed away on May 24, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Wilma Jean Phillips and Judy Carol Phillips; her niece Heather Renea Bowling; her nephew Johnny Chitwood; and her close friends, Doris Marcum, Grace Phillips and Justine Phillips.
She is survived by: her siblings, Thelma Edith Chitwood, Annie Duncan (James) of Cherry Fork, Josephine Bowling (Arthur) of Morgan County, Kathleen Phillips (Robert) of Helenwood, Polie Leroy Phillips (Wilma Lee) of Winfield and Arnold Phillips (Jeannie) of Oneida; her close friends, Sarah Cross, Patricia Burke, Danny Ray, Mak, Annie Thompson, Sissy and Dr. Cheryl Black; and also Fred K. Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.
