She was predeceased by: her parent Ezra; her husband Cosby Phillips; her children, Cosby Phillips, Jr. and Lena Louise Phillips; her siblings, O. B. Jeffers, Della Belle Jeffers and Betty Phillips; and her grandson Lawrence Stringfield.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Botts, Janet Phillips, Jean Phillips, Tammy Phillips, Vickie Phillips (David) and Sheila Lawson (Darrell); and her siblings, B. F. Jeffers, Tommy Jeffers, Glen Jeffers (Carolyn), Delbert Jeffers (Brenda), Louise Jones, Cora Rich (Mark), Cindy Goodman and Lillian Paul (Eugene). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
