He is survived by: his wife Melissa Daugherty; his mother Louise Daugherty; his children, Haylee Myles (Josh), Heather Larae Daugherty, Chris Miller, Micah Lasae Daugherty and Zachary David Daugherty; his sister Vonda Laxton (Mike); his grandchildren, Summer Sexton, Savannah Gibson, Nolan Phillips, Aliviah Phillips and Zayden Michael Daugherty; his nieces and nephews, Janna Laxton, Tyrell Laxton and Caleb Laxton; and his aunt Faye Weston. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
