With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Clifton Dobbs (Helenwood, Tennessee), born in Oneida, Tennessee, who passed away on September 16, 2018 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Billy Ray Reynolds; his grandparents, Dan and Mae Dobbs; his siblings, Richard Reynolds (Barbara), Sheldon Dobbs and Shirley Reynolds (Wayne Anderson); and also, Princess Phillips and James Calvin Phillips.
He is survived by: Bobby Williams (Charlotte). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
