She is survived by: her children, Wayne Stephens, James Smith (Sherry) and Cathy Jeffers (Jeff); her brothers, Elmer Pittman (Sandy) and Richard Pittman (Linda); and her close friends, Ronald Stephens, Donna Kay Stephens and Carol Jeffers. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
