He is survived by: his wife Lila Ruth Phillips (Clark); his children, Ervin (Chuck), Kevin (Suzanne), Michele Murley (Keith) and Tina Allen (Sean); his grandchildren, Kayla Carson (Chris), Trey Allen, Rhyan Hughett (Chad), Emma, Harper, Oaklan, Trevor Allen (Bri), Payton Powell (Elijah), Kaden Phillips and Carly Phillips; and his sisters, Diana Newport (David), Cara Sue Thompson (Phillips), Jerry and Myrtle Kennedy (Phillips). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
