We are sad to announce that on January 4, 2021, at the age of 65, Elmer D. Phillips of Helenwood, Tennessee, born in Oneida, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Phillips and Charlene Phillips; and his siblings, Hollis Phillips, Bill Phillips, Delmar Lee Phillips and Geraldine Phillips.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy, Dana Carson, Tim, Tobey Phillips, Shane and Danielle Phillips; his grandchildren, Carter Miller, Kylie Miller, Jaelyn Phillips, Jarrett Lay, Darcie Phillips, Taylor Lawson and Dallan Phillips; his great grandchildren, Nekeeah Lawson, Tucker Lawson and Parker Lay; and his close friends, Wilma Butler, Joe, Peggy Butler, Dillon and Hailey Butler. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
