She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Blevins and Beulah Smith Blevins; her parents-in-law, Donald West, Sr. and Wanda Reed West; her siblings-in-law, Angie Sexton and Eddie Nutt; her niece Mary Sexton; and her close friend Celia Jo Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Donald West, Jr. (Donnie); her children, Stephen West (Patricia), April Lewallen (Shane) and Elizabeth Dawn Jones (Ben); her grandchildren, Elijah West, Leah West, Brooklyn Jones, Maci Jones and Katelyn Lewallen; her sisters, Wanda Sue Nutt, Diana Geier (David) and Carol Jeffers; her siblings-in-law, Jeff West (Lori), Donald Sexton and Donetta Mitchell (Chris); her nieces, Cammy Marlow and Shantail Crowley; her nephew Chris Bauswell; and her close friend Dru Noble. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
