He was predeceased by: his brother Larry Dobbs; and his grandson Justin Dobbs. He is survived by: his wife Jane Dobbs; his daughters, Melinda Dobbs of Muncie, Melinda Daugherty (Johnnie) of Helenwood and Rachel Slaven (Mark) of Oneida, Tennessee; his brothers, Lee Dobbs of Muncie, Indiana and Jimmy Dobbs (Vickie) of Muncie, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Brock, Jon Daugherty, Gavin Lanter, Marrisa and Julia Slaven. He is also survived by many great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
