She is survived by: her husband Franklin Perry; her children, Melissa Duncan, Steve Perry, Amy Bolton (Jimmy), Jennifer Perry and Michael (Joy); her grandchildren, Torey Leib (Nicholas), Destiny (Wyatt), Sara Beth, Dakota, Patience, Colton (Kimberly), Kadden (Peyton), Carter (Shieann), Skylar, Logan, Jace, Shay, Declan, Abel, Spence, Bellamy and Cybil; her siblings, Kay Hutson (Raymond), Nancy Ford, Mary Chambers (Steve) and Donnie Henry (Vanessa); and her nephews, Dakota, Colton, Kadden, Carter, Jimmy, Jordan, Jerred, Nick and Raymond. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
