He was predeceased by: his parents, Gillis Brooks and Nelia Brooks. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brooks; his sons, Gary Brooks and Terry Brooks; his grandchildren, Ian Brooks Miller (Lara), Heather Snider (Justin) and Wade Brooks (family: Brittney Clark, Cody Brooks, Rachel Brooks); and his siblings, Beulah Ausmus (Charlie) and Bobby Brooks (Nora). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
