He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Humphrey; and his mother Ula Agnes Wilkerson. He is survived by: his children, Wilma Foust and Billy Wayne Humphrey; his grandson Denver Joseph Waddell; his great grandchild Tyler Waddell; and his siblings, David Wilkerson of Heiskell, Wanda Collins of Heiskell and June Walker of Maynardville. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
