It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Lon McNeal of Heiskell, Tennessee, who passed away on December 11, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lon McNeal and Dorthy McNeal; his wife Joyce McNeal; his pet Tinker; and his children, Tonya Carter (Creg), Becky Hamock (Donnie), Victor Ray McNeal (Katie) and Chris McNeal (Crystal).
