She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Lowe and Irene Lowe; her siblings, Teresa, Dorothy, Tony, Jimmy, Donnie and Curtis; and her sons, Nathaniel Jr., Vincent Owens and Treadway.
She is survived by: her husband Nathaniel; her children, David Owens (Joni) and Lynne Eddins (Scott); and her siblings, Reba Ledford (Brian) and Joe Lowe. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and two great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, family is requesting donations be made to Grace Baptist Church in Karns or the Kidney Foundation of East Tennessee.
