We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2018, at the age of 59, Rhonda Cox Elliott (Heiskell, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Wm Bill Cox; and her son Ryan Lail. She is survived by: her husband Garry Elliott; her mother Thelma Cox; her aunts, Imogene Brooks, Hacker Brooks, Lola Brooks (Francis Heck) and Cleo Brooks; and her uncle Owen Cox (Dottie). She is also survived by cousins and friends.
