She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Purkey and Olivia Purkey; and her brother Jeffery Purkey. She is survived by: her husband Gary Brooks; her children, Danyelle Bachelder (Mike) and Jeremy Minton (Lynn); her siblings, Bobby, Charlie, Michael Purkey (Lynn), Penny Crawford (Doyle) and Debbie Kilcoyne (Pat); and her grandchildren, Isaiah and Alyssa Minton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
