He was predeceased by: his wife Samy Cooper; his daughter Marian Overton; his parents, Kaley Cooper and Ruth Cooper; and his siblings, Marian Stephens and Dan Cooper.
He is survived by: his son James Cooper (Barbara Hogan); and his grandchildren, Bridgett Overton and Clinton Overton (Julie).
