He is survived by: his parents, Glen Keen and Linda Keen of Heiskell; his brother Jeremy Keen of Heiskell; his grandmother Neva Keen of Maynardville; and his aunts and uncles, Troy Phillips of Clinton, Barbara Kunst of Rogersville, Patricia Sharp (Gary) of Clinton, Connie Fain (Bobby) of Clinton, Denny Phillips (Gina) of Clinton, Kathy Haun (David) of Powell and Janet Harmon (Greg) of Maynardville.

In his giving spirit his last act on this earth was to give 5 gifts of life to others through organ donation.
