He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Wilkerson and Mae Wilkerson; and his siblings, J. R. Wilkerson and Barbara Roe. He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Jerry Wilkerson Archer (Shane), Shannon Wilkerson (Tosha), Trisha Walters (Michael), Jessica Wilson (Matt), Anna Kitts (Greg) and Rebecca Wilkerson (Jace); and his sisters, Shirley Russell, Reba Mason, Pat Bellon and Nancy Plaisance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
