She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Gibbs and Jessie Russell Gibbs; her husband Charles Holbrook; her son Nathan Bullock; and her siblings, Cecil Gibbs, Ray Gibbs, Roger Gibbs, Russell Gibbs, Kay Gibbs, Sue Gibbs and Minnie Jane Gibbs.
She is survived by: her daughters, Whitney Henderson (Anthony) of Knoxville and Rosiland McAmis (T. J.) of Wise, Virginia; her daughter-in-law Teresa Bullock of Rocky Top, Tennessee; her brother Bill Gibbs of Clinton, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Kaylee Bullock, Kolt Gagnon, Sawyer Henderson, Wayon Henderson, Silas Henderson, Mason Henderson, Isaiah McAmis, Hannah McAmis and Emmah McAmis.
