She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Jeanette Harp, Frank Manning, Henry Dennis, Jesse and Helen Humphrey.
She is survived by: her parents, Matthew Humphrey and Linda Humphrey of Heiskell; her grandparents, David L., Donna Humphrey of Heiskell, Jeff and Rebecca Manning of Powell; and her great-grandparents, Harlan Harp, Betty Manning of Clinton and Martha Dennis of Morristown.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to East Tennessee Children's Hospital.
