He was predeceased by: his grandchild Karter Headrick; his parents, Frank Richards and Nora Richards; and his siblings, Geraldine Bailey, Benny and Steve Richards.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Katrina; his son-in-law Jeff Headrick; his grandchildren, Brandon Clemmer, Brianna Clemmer, Kyler Headrick (Stephanie), Cody Headrick (Amanda) and Grace Headrick (John Roberts); his great grandchildren, Braxtyn Clemmer, Kamden Headrick, Korbin Headrick, Judson Headrick and Madelyn Roberts; and his sister Georgia Boruff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
