He was predeceased by: his father Carl O'Neal, Sr.; and his grandparents, Shelby O'Neal, Nelson O'Neal and Glenna Daugherty. He is survived by: his sons, Dylan O'Neal of Clinton and Kobe O'Neal of Knoxville; his mother Bernice Penley of Heiskell; his siblings, Carl O'Neal of Clinton and Tabbatha Childs of Clinton; his nieces and nephews, Zackary, Natalie, Anna, Ayden and Kali; his uncle Joe O'Neal (Joy) of Clinton; and his close friend Jessica Elliott. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and other friends.
